Red Bull Racing have revealed the RB8, the car that Sebastian Vettel will drive to defend his World Championship.
The car features the stepped nose that has become characteristic of almost all of the 2012 Formula 1 cars revealed thus far. The fact that Adrian Newey has included the stepped nose in the RB8 effectively rubber-stamps the idea. As Formula 1’s leading aerodynamicist, his ideas tend to be copied by the rest of the feld.

The RB8 will be tested in Jerez, Spain from tomorrow til Friday. The driver line-up is as follows:
Tuesday 7 February: Mark Webber
Wednesday 8 February: Mark Webber
Thursday 9 February: Sebastian Vettel
Friday 10 February: Sebastian Vettel
